Cambodia Retreat with exhales senior yoga teachers Jude English & Isaac Pena

Jude English & Isaac Pena and I will be leading a yoga retreat to Siem Reap, Cambodia October 31-November 7, 2007! You will have the choice of daily excursions to the amazing Ankor Wat, Angor Thom, and Roluos temple complexes, Bird Sanctuary & Biosphere of Prek Toal, Floating Village of Chong Kneas, or the Flooded Forest of Kompong Phhluk, to name a few. We have decided to NOT organize the daily activities for the group of 20 since we want everyone to feel free to explore what inspires them or take it easy as they choose. Transport is anywhere from $1-$25 so it will not be that much of an added expense.
Isaac and I will have our itinerary planned and will be happy to share it with you to give you some ideas.

The one thing we have planned for the group is that we have been invited to visit the Angkor Hospital of Children, www.angkorhospital.org , November 2, 10:00am-11:00am to witness the profound work they do.  Isaac and I will be donating 10% of our profit to the hospital and if you would like to donate supplies to the children please visit http://www.fwab.org/help_supplies.php.  AHC is a  Premier Pediatric Teaching Hospital providing free treatment and care to the children in the Siem Reap area. It is funded by Friends Without a Border.

Arrive October 31 anytime, check-in is at 2pm
Beginning November 1, seven days of 2.5 hour sessions of yoga!!!
Depart November 7, check-out is at 12noon
*From my understanding they are very helpful with holding bags if you arrive early on October 31 or need to leave them there after noon on November 7*
Included in the price is seven days of 2.5 hour sessions of yoga, daily breakfast, and a farewell dinner.
We will be staying at La Residence d'Angkor, www.residencedangkor.com, there are 7 deluxe garden and 4 deluxe river view rooms available so feel free to look online and I will try to accommodate your choice.
Cost $1600, for double occupancy, 2 twin beds or 1 king bed.  If you would prefer to stay in a room by yourself the cost of the retreat would be $2400
**Airfare,daily lunch and dinner from October 31-  November 6 will be your responsibly.**
