First Look The Spire Boat By Thierry Mugler 1

Spire Boat and Thierry Mugler have teamed up to launch the stunning retro-futuristic Spire Boat. Melding jaw-dropping aesthetics with hydrodynamic, ergonomic and aerodynamic feats, the design was inspired by 1950s muscle cars and Batman comics.

Vice world champion in the 2007 Offshores, the Spire Boat is a 9.5m 4-seater speedboat fitted with a carbon fiber hull. With the capacity to exceed 90 knots - thanks to a lightweight construction - the Spire Boat comes with a choice of twin engines, 200 to 350hp each.  

More than just a concept yacht, the Mugler-designed Spire Boat is asking for a price of 400,000 euros.  As of mid-August, 26 orders of the boat have already been placed.

The Mugler-designed Spire Boat will be unveiled at the the Monaco Yacht Show in September.
