FAA Budget Stalemate means no 7.5% FET Tax when flying privately!!

Failure in Congress to reauthorize funding has left the Federal Aviation Administration FAA in limbo….and that will enable a savings on chartering private jets.  Currently the government does not have the authority to collect the 7.5% FET tax on flights booked during the shut down. The shut down will not effect flight safety as all air traffic controller and critical staff will remain on the job.

I'd be interested in hearing. The TOS seems rather clear that it is not unless expressly approved by Amazon. I guess if the library got it in writing then they would be ok.
