Please forgive the slight gap in my contributions to this blog, but travel and my teaching schedule have prevented me from my usual output.
In the wake of my previous contribution about a vibrational alternative to facial acupuncture, the tuning fork facial Facial Soundscapes: Harmonic Renewal™, I wanted to bring to your attention another interesting modality that utilizes the Acutonics™ tuning forks, and which is based upon a similar synergy of these 21st century healing tools with Oriental medicine. In this instance, instead of acupuncture, it is Feng Shui that provides a large part of the diagnostic approach to the facial landscape.
Interestingly enough, Feng Shui, which has over time involved into an art that seeks to harmonize the individual with their greater environment, through alignment and attunement with the 5 Elements as they are depicted upon a wheel known as the Bagua (which, in effect, represents the seasonal cycle of the year), has been shown, through the discovery of more ancient documents, to have originated in a consideration of this same elemental balance within the human landscape. Thus it is arguable that “spatial” Feng Shui first emerged as facial Feng Shui.
In this innovative modality, known as Bagua Beauty, Feng Shui is synergized with acupuncture points, 9 Star Ki (based on one’s birthday), Chinese hand and face reading (physiognomy), and a vibrational treatment using Acutonics® tuning forks. As you’ll see from the picture above, we actually paint the Bagua on the patient’s face!! For more information, please feel free to contact me; firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com.
